Shipping Information
All my products are securely packaged to arrive safely at their destination. To simplify the shopping process I have a flat rate for for package and postage and these prices hold true regardless of how many items you buy in one transaction*. Free shipping is for a standard, non-insured service only. I will always obtain a certificate of posting, but I can not take responsibility for loss or damage once your purchase enters the postal system. If you require insurance please choose postage with insurance option when you buy. All purchases are dispatched promptly within 2 working days of your payment or cheque clearance.
*Please note; my shop only has unique handmade items, you can not buy multiple lots of the same product.
Payments and Privacy Notice
Your Paypal payment is made via a secure online server and I am not party to any information about your account. You can use Paypal to make a payment from a credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account. Please click here for more information about Paypal. I can accept cheques from UK customers and will post goods only after the cheque has cleared. Send your order by e-mail if you wish to pay in this way.
Mailing List - I do not collect, sell or use customer information for any purpose other than the running of this website. You may unsubscribe from the list at any time.
Qualitiy
I pride myself on offering work of the finest quality. My glass is kiln annealed for strength and durability under normal use. I closely examine the beads for any possible defects and only offer you products which meet my high standards. All my beads are made of glass, and like any glass object they can break if handled improperly, such as by dropping, knocking or subjecting them to extreme temperature changes. When enjoying my glasswork take care to protect it from these risks. Damage to the beads can produce sharp edges that could cause injury, so please do not continue to use broken beads. Glass beads are not intended for use by children as they could present a choking hazard or break with rough handling.
The photographs on this website were under studio conditions using daylight lights. I make every effort to ensure that they give a true representation of my work, however, variations in computer displays are beyond my control.
Returns
A great deal of thought and care goes into the making of these beads and I would like you to be able to buy them with confidence. If you are not completely delighted with your beads or jewellery please contact me within 7 days to arrange for the item to be returned to me in it’s original condition. I will happily refund your payment, minus shipping costs. I am unable to give refunds for lost or damaged items if they were uninsured. For health and hygiene reasons I can not refund or replace earrings.
